Sarasota School of Massage, Sarasota, FL, January 25 & 26, 2020
Ortho-Bionomy® is an effective approach to healing coming from the Osteopathic tradition. This class introduces participants to the foundational techniques, concepts, and philosophy of Ortho-BionomyÆ that includes comfortable movements and positions that release muscle tension & general stress, increase ROM, and stimulate the body’s own innate reflexive capacity to realign and rebalance itself from within.
This class will deeply focus on the spine and core and will include techniques for the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine; the pelvis & sacrum, Psoas, and the rib cage/ribs.
Ortho-Bionomy® is a gentle modality that is easy on client and practitioner. The work stands on its own or is easily and effectively integrated into all other massage modalities, including CranialSacral, PT, OT, and Acupuncture. Come experience the magic and learn to work smarter, not harder!
